Stephen Winter
Founder & CEO"We started NeboFleet to solve a problem: fleet operators had no reliable way to know what was happening across their fleet in real time. No complete picture. No proactive alerts. We knew we could change that."
Stephen has spent most of his career building spatial solutions — working with the kind of high-accuracy location data that most industries take for granted but the marine world never had access to. That background gave him a front-row seat to a gap nobody was filling: boat operators running multi-vessel fleets had no purpose-built tools to see what was actually happening across their operation in real time.
So he built one.
NeboFleet started in Perth, Australia, and now serves fleet operators across Australia, New Zealand, the United States, and Europe — including Freedom Boat Club, GoBoat, and Rottnest Express. Stephen and the team are focused on expanding NeboFleet's footprint globally, with a particular focus on tourism fleets, charter operators, and membership boat clubs in the U.S. market.
