Run a fleet usage report

See how much each boat was used in a month or any dates, and download it as a spreadsheet.

Fleet usage reports show how much each boat was used: useful for spotting boats that sit idle, planning servicing, and conversations with owners and insurers.

    Open Fleet Usage (Monthly)

    In the dashboard's top bar, open Reports and click Fleet Usage (Monthly).

    Choose the month and click Show Results

    Choose the month and year, then click Show Results.

    Read the results

    Each vessel has a row with its Trips, Active Days, Underway Duration, Distance, Average Speed and Max Speed for the month. Total at the bottom adds up the fleet's trips, active days and distance.

    Click Download CSV

    The report downloads as a CSV file, which opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.

Good to know

For any other dates, open Reports › Fleet Usage (Date Range), choose the dates and click Go. The list icon beside a vessel's name opens its logs for the same dates: see View a vessel's logs.
